1. Are all your crystals natural?
Yes. All of our crystals are ethically sourced, natural, and carefully selected. Each piece is unique, with its own natural formations, colors, and energies.

2. Do your candles contain real crystals?
Absolutely. Each candle contains genuine crystals that have been cleansed with white sage and charged under the sun before being placed into the wax.

3. What type of wax do you use in your candles?
We use a 100% natural soy wax blend that is vegan, cruelty-free, and free from paraffin or synthetic additives.

4. Can I reuse the crystals after the candle is finished?
Yes. Once your candle is fully burned, you can gently remove, clean, and keep the crystals for meditation, décor, or your personal collection.

5. Are your products safe for people with sensitive skin or allergies?
Our candles use essential oil blends and natural wax, but we always recommend checking the ingredient list and testing with care if you have sensitivities.

6. Do you ship outside of Australia?
At this time, we only ship within Australia. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the near future.

7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

8. Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?
Yes. We use recyclable packaging and aim to reduce waste by reusing and minimizing unnecessary materials.
